In spite of growth of complexity of our returns Tom and Michelle have been providing excellent service. We started with setting up Quick Books for our business. Ever since then, planning interviews focused on changes that could have impacted our taxation. Other accounting firm quoted $7,500 for cost segregation study for the new office. We received this at cost of 1hr service. We always feel being treated as unique customer with great continuity of care. Most accounting firms we interviewed prior to settling felt like sales machines - their 'star' CPA tries to impress you with perception of being a super-expert in your field of business and then you get assigned to a junior or a trainee on a rotation, so that every time you call, got to start from scratch explaining your business.
