- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have only been a member for 2 months and cannot believe what an amazing financial institution this is! Customer service from ssfcu is the best I've EVER received! They are upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and are understanding of your need or concern. Their response is prompt and always useful. If I receive an email or alert it is practical and necessary! They have not tried to telemarket anything! All they seem to care about is your financial security and well being! This is the best bank/credit union I have EVER been a member of and highly recommend it to all readers of this review! You will not be disappointed in a decision to join!By Tim, October 11, 2016
