We worked with Chuck Huffman to buy a traded-in Subaru Outback and it was a smooth, hassle free , and surprisingly enjoyable transaction. Chuck was honest and sincere which can be hard to come by in the used car world. We purchased the car knowing it came with only one key but with the hope that he could contact the previous owner to see if they had additional keys. Though we were not expecting much, Chuck came through and not only acquired the key but also mailed it directly to us saving the trip back to the dealership.
